Preview: The Great British Beer Festival 2010

The Great British Beer Festival is the biggest and greatest beer festival in Britain. It is back in London at the same venue, the Earls Court and will feature more than 450 pop up stands featuring real ales, ciders and beers from all around the world. Owners of businesses such as pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, and supermarkets will certainly want to attend this festival. The Festival will start on 3rd August with a starting trade-off at 3 pm and open for general public at 5 pm. The festival will continue till 7th August.
Festival timings would be from noon till 7 pm in the evening, 11 am starting time will be observed on Saturday. The festival is fully loaded with fun activities and a great variety of beers, ciders and ales for you to taste. There are a lot different bars for beer lovers to visit and taste their tempting selection of drinks.
CAMRA bars: here you can enjoy regional real ales, organic and vegetarian beer, genuine cider and perries etc with some new brewed products of some newest British breweries.
Brewery Bars: Some of the best and versatile brewed products are presented at this bar from all around the country.
Bières Sans Frontières (BSF) bars: This is where you can savor and relish all types of international beer products.
The festival also hosts tutored beer tasting sessions at either lunchtime or evening. Here you can learn everything about the beer such as taste, look and its history. So, if you are interested in learning the tips and tricks on finding the best brews get a booking for these sessions.
The festival isn’t all about beer; there is also a great live musical program for drinkers to enjoy with their beers. Alongside beer, you can taste all kinds of tasty food like snacks and appetizers such as pies, curries, delicious game burgers etc. You can also take home jewelry, T-shirts, bottle openers etc. from various stalls.
